I got this backpack for my child who liked it in picture when ordering and also when it arrived. The only thing we both wished is that Tom Bihn had more colors available for purchase. At the time of ordering the product there was only one color available, since school was starting soon we decided to order it but wished we could have ordered her preferred color instead of the only one available. Now I am just hoping/expecting the bag will last a long time, time will tell. Keep the good/quality work.

Really comfortable to carry, even when full. I love the look of it. The laptop and accessory pouches could do with being a brighter colour because even with the yellow lining it's a dark bag. Would be much improved with a shoulder carry strap or place to attach one as an option, of someone who doesn't want a backpack setup when not on a bike. The roll top fastening is annoying. Much better to have a central fastening with a long adjustable strap - the whole point of a roll top is the you can fill it right up, or have a big item that sticks out the top and is secured with the strap. Unless you can do multiple rolls this doesn't stay shut (and it would if it had a central fastening) and the clip-together-without-a-roll fastening is just less useful and more restrictive that a central strap. If it's improved I'd also buy the larger size like a shot.

Color is accurate, great craftsmanship. Durable quality material. My water bottles fit gray on the side. I’m 5 foot and the straps still adjust to me which is rare. It’s comfortable and sits tight against my back to help evenly carried the load. Thank you for making a great product!

Such a fantastic comfortable bag, used for commuting, sports fixtures and long hikes.
The ability to have a little extra room is fantastic and gives the pack extra functionality to use as a one bag travel option.
I’ve a Synapse 25 and whilst that’s an amazing bag this I’ve found a little more versatile. Also love the easy access laptop section and open bottle holder!
In terms of evolution it would be great to have a ‘secret’ zipped pocket for a passport somewhere in the pack.
This pack as a personal item size would be the dream.
