The top two comments/questions we get about our Reusable Cloth Face Masks: "This is the best mask I've tried." and "When are you going to offer more colors?" We have some limited quantities of masks in various colors, so we've decided to offer a different color each day of next week. New colors offered will be: Red Blend, Forest, Purple, Light Blue, and Graphite.

Due to Phase 1 reopening in Washington State, we can now ship orders placed for bags. Many of you have asked when we’d be able to ship bags, so we know you’re as excited about this as we are. Read on for the full details.

We’re still accepting your online orders! When you place an order through our website for in-stock bags, we’re treating your order as a pre-order; the order you place reserves the bag you’ve ordered with a TBD shipping date. Anytime up until a few days before your order ships, you can add items, cancel items, or even cancel the entire order.

Our Seattle factory is still at work — we’ve devoted our entire production capacity to efforts to make face masks for our healthcare heroes due to the shortage of medical-grade masks. For the sake of healthcare professionals, we hope that medical-grade personal protective equipment is produced and restocked as soon as possible; in the meantime, we are here and working as fast as we can to help. We're also shipping orders, answering emails and live chats. Plus, some updates on bags and debuts.

Now through whenever, we’re going to include a complimentary surprise pouch with every order. All orders shipped today (03/18) received the surprise pouch. You don’t need a code, you don’t need to ask for it: if you place an order, you'll get one.

We've adjusted our shipping and customer service hours. In brief: we're still shipping orders and answering emails, but we may not be as quick as usual to do either. Nik, Darcy, and Tom (the owners of TOM BIHN) are working and will continue to work even after everyone else heads home; they're shipping orders, processing returns, and designing and making new bags. Darcy is training on the fabric saw, and Tom and Nik will be looking at the feasibility of the two of them sewing bags that we could (hopefully) make available for purchase soon.
All about Bags
We’re all being asked to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19 by washing our hands frequently and disinfecting commonly touched surfaces. Many of us may want to wash or disinfect our bags on a more regular basis. In an effort to help, we want to share an expanded range of options for cleaning your bag. Read on for the full details.
